Nicole has dedicated her life to the growth and well-being of adults and youth in our Southern New Jersey communities. To help address gang violence in Camden, NJ, Nicole was part of a team for the Operation Cease Fire. She volunteered with the Camden City Mayors Youth Council for 9 years and served as the Co-Chair for its last years two years. In addition, she served as the Mayors Youth Council Honorees Committee Co-Chair. She is a current and active member of the Camden City District Council Collaborative Board. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Administration and a teaching certificate from JDT Bible College Training Center. She is a licensed minister at GateKeepers Ministries International, where she helps to oversee the financial department as a Board member. She is also trained by the Camden Empowerment Zone on how to empower your community.
A Vietnam veteran with a life of service and advocacy. Dave is a U.S. Army veteran with service in Viet Nam in Communications Security Repair requiring an elevated security clearance. Dave is trained in advanced telecommunications, computers, networks, and satellite systems. On 9/11/2001, he was selected to assist in the NJ State Police command center in West Trenton.
Dave has a history of leadership, including elected to Secretary/Treasurer of a nationwide union Local (CWA), where he engaged in labor contract negotiations and disputes. He has also been successful as a pro-se litigant in Federal and NJ courts involving Landlord-Tenant, Condominium, and other Civil disputes.
An Entrepreneur, Parsons Arts & Fitness offers aerobics & special classes. Rossana Parsons is the Cherry Hill small business owner of Parsons Arts & Fitness. For 15 years, she has worked with clients in our community instructing classes and presenting to groups on wellness regimens and the benefits of exercise. She empowers individuals to be their best selves through aerobic fitness, yoga, tai chi, special needs children’s classes, senior fitness as well as visual arts, drama, and music classes. Rossana was appointed Team Lead in Philadelphia for the American CleanUpMovement in 2019. She recruited and led hundreds of volunteers under Scott Presler’s “Stop talking and start Doing” Cleanup effort of our inner cities. She worked for the Federal Reserve Bank for 13 years as the Media Relations Director; was a team member on a presidential campaign and published numerous articles. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Communications.
A tutor and professor. For the past 14 years, Diane has taught the English language to non-native speakers in Cherry hill through her tutoring business. Being raised in a culturally diverse home, Diane understands ethnic, cultural, and linguistic diversity. She is an Adjunct professor in the ESL Department at Camden County College. Diane earned a BA from Penn State University in Communications and an MS in Education; and holds a certification in TESOL.
Diane worked to preserve and protect the town’s cultural, architectural, and industrial history in the North Jersey town of Boonton. She served on the Burlington County gubernatorial campaign Committee in Mt. Holly. Diane worked as part of the campaign team when her husband ran for NJ State Senate.
Approval of the 2022 budget must be contingent on new construction tax revenue going to property tax relief. This is long overdue!
